Everyone enjoys a holiday but we all have different ideas of what we find relaxing and enjoyable. Some people do not want a relaxing holiday, they would rather go somewhere where they are going to be busy all the time.
Cruise holidays are not for everyone but if you have never considered one before, you may want to have a look at what they offer. The idea of spending most of your holiday on a boat just simply does not appeal to some. You may have spent time on a ferry or a tourist boat trip before and it can be easy to compare this to what a cruise holiday would be like, but they are usually worlds apart.
When on a cruise you do get the opportunity to stop off at certain destinations and explore the local area, perhaps go for a meal or spend the day on the beach. Some cruises even include overnight accommodation on the boat allowing you some time on land before you return to the ship.
