The typical amount of luggage allowance is 15kg, and this can be upgraded if you want a bit more room to manoeuvre, but if you’re travelling for 10 days or two weeks, is this luggage allowance enough?
There are plenty of things to take on holiday, and sun creams are big in terms of weight. You may find not a great deal of room for clothes if you’ve packed a lot of sun cream, and you can’t put them i your hand luggage because they are liquids and they’re forbidden.
To combat this you may want to wear you’re heaviest clothes for travelling. Then in your bag you may only require one jumper and pair of jeans while the rest is all vests, t-shirts and shorts. You may want to leave your towel at home too, especially if your hotel provides you with a beach towel, while laptops and heavy technical equipment should be placed in hand luggage if possible, it also means you can keep an eye on it better.
