The mountains of the Parque Natural de Betancuria enjoy terrific views, while there is also an African culture in terms of the surrounding countryside.
The beaches are a main attraction for Fuerteventura and they’re as soft, golden and sandy, which is usually what everybody wants on a holiday. The south coast is great for surfing, so if you do want a bit of action that’s the place to be, while diving and snorkelling are also popular activities.
